Achieving Award Winning Results
My top priority as a Digital Marketer and Public Relations Specialist is to bring creative and highly disciplined strategic thinking to the table in order to achieve - and many times exceed - the business results clients need.
Today, “breaking through the digital noise” is a serious challenge.
With ever changing algorithms, the rise of new media formats and a very crowded landscape, even the biggest brands struggle to make a mark and turn marketing dollars into measurable success.
So what’s the secret to obtaining award-winning results?
It’s one part strategic discipline and one part bold thinking.
Many digital marketing teams miss the mark when it comes to highly disciplined strategic thinking and execution, and to be fair, many organizations want to skip over this part to speed up the delivery of campaigns.
Investing time into a strategic plan where digital marketers have the time allowance to not only be creative and think boldly, but also create a water-tight plan to maximize any synergies in the execution, really is worth its weight in gold (literally, in the form of an award).
The other key to success?
Don’t be afraid to run with bold, unique and sometimes unconventional campaign ideas. Today it’s very difficult to stop people “mid-scroll.”
Digital marketers need permission from stakeholders to think differently and really push the boundaries when it comes to creating campaigns that elicit real emotion and communicate unique perspectives.
The key takeaway?
Organizations and clients need to give talented digital marketers the permission and timeline to create multi-level marketing strategies both in terms of innovative thinking as well as disciplined execution.
